How long does it take?
Products ship within 1-2 business days excluding public holidays and weekends. Items on sale or promotion may take up to 5 working days to process.
Shipping Policy
When do we ship your order?
Once payment is confirmed and cleared orders are shipped out. It takes approximately 2-3 working days for orders to be delivered around South Africa. Shipping rates will be approximately equal to the rate charged by the carrier. Shipping costs should be paid in full prior dispatch. Oils by Madam O reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method.
Errors and shipment delays
It is our promise to ensure fast and convenient deliveries without preventable delays. However Oils by Madam O will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors. All shipping errors must be reported within three business days from the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange or return my order
We strive to give you 100% satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please ensure that all items return unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 10 days of receiving the items. In the rare event that our product has a fault, we will gladly fix the product or do an exchange if reported and returned to us within 10 days. Cost of shipping for exchanges or refunds will be paid by the client.
